Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.46 dated 29.3.2016 under Sections 379-B IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act,wherein offence under Section 379-B IPC stands deleted and Section 406,182 IPC stand added,PS Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. As per allegations surfacing in the investigation, petitioner accused alongwith co-accused Harpreet Singh had enacted a drama to show that a robbery at gun point for a sum of Rs.7 lacs had been committed on a highway by intercepting the car of the co-accused Harpreet Singh,who lodged the FIR.

At this stage,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
