(ORAL) On instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that petitioner was convicted vide judgment dated 11.03.2019, rendered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
