(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 not to harass petitioner and his family members at the instance of respondents No.5 to 15 and further take action in FIR No.56 dated 11.11.2018 registered under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on). Considering the reply dated 13.04.2019 of State by way of affidavit of Sucha Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Rural) Sub Division Pathankot, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
