As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellant(s), the enhanced amount be paid to appellant(s).

The appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four Lakhs Only) in the name of appellant(s) with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within six weeks from today, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment shall follow on the said amount. The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/Office shall issue proper receipt to learned counsel/representative of the Insurance Company after receiving POONAM 2026.05.14 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
