Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.10 dated 15.01.2024, under Sections 15(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition.
