The counsel for the petitioner states that mother of the petitioner has also expired and the trial is not likely to conclude in near future. Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Amritsar.

The present crl. misc. petition is allowed with the above direction.
