Learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 - State as well as respondent No.2 - Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, on advance copy, submits that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered. Taking the statements of learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, as well as learned counsel for the petitioner on record, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of in terms of and in accordance with the said statements made before this Court, with a further observation that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would examine all aspects of the matter and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law, as undertaken before this Court by learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana.
