RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.43 dated 29.04.2013 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 323/325/341/506/148/149 IPC (charge u/s 201 IPC was also framed) registered at Police Station Naya Gaon, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) Pursuant to the order dated 02.05.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 04.05.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, SAS Nagar (Mohali), has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.171 dated 04.05.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions, SAS Nagar vide Endst. No.4335 dated 12.05.2017.

According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is voluntary, without any fear, force or pressure.

Considering the report of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class dated

-2CRM-M-14812 of 2017 04.05.2017 and the fact that the compromise will bring harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.43 dated 29.04.2013 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 323/325/341/506/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Naya Gaon, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, is hereby quashed. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
