KUMAR MANOJ 2015.08.11 10:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND
HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M- 14762 of 2015 Date of Order: 10.08.2015 Shri Chand and Anr.
....Petitioners
Versus
State of Haryana ....Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH
Present:
Mr. Keshav Partap Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Addl.A.G, Haryana.
Mr. Adarsh Jain, Advocate for the complainant. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.176 dated 15.4.2014 under Sections 418,420,467,468,471,120-B IPC, P.S City Palwal, District Palwal.
The allegations against the two petitioners are that they were witnesses to an ante dated agreement to sell dated 25.04.2005 got executed by Satbir from the owner-Chander regarding a piece of land. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have maintained their stand that they signed the agreement at the instance of one Satbir and that they have joined investigation. It is apparent from the record that the grievance of the complainant regarding fraudulent agreement to sell dated 25.04.2005 already stands redressed since he has a decree in his favour. Learned counsel for the State as well as complainant have stated that the petitioners have joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them.
In view of the aforesaid, order dated 07.5.2015 granting interim anticipatory bail is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of.
