**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement dated 16.04.2018 (P-2), the petitioner participated for the post of Male Constable (General Duty) under SC Ex Servicemen Category. The petitioner qualified the written examination and was called for Physical Screening Test, vide result dated 15.02.2019 (P-4). The petitioner falls under SC Ex Servicemen Category category where 168 centimeter height is required to fulfill the condition of Physical Measurement Test. The petitioner was declared unsuccessful in the Physical Measurement Test as she obtained 167 centimeter height.

The petition at the very outset is dismissed, as the final result for the post of Male Constable (General Duty) has already been declared on 28.02.2019 and at this stage no direction can be given to the respondents to constitute an independent Board for measurement of the height of the petitioner. Further the petitioner had also given an undertaking after conducting of PMT test that he is satisfied with the result.
