Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 4 and 6 only, at this stage.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Gazi Mohd., DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2, Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 3 and 4 and Mr. Narender Singh Kamboj, Advocate who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 6-Bhagwano Devi (mother of petitioner No. 1-Sareena).

Let requisite number of copies of paper-book be supplied to learned State counsel for both the States as well as to learned counsel for respondent No. 6 during the course of day.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 6 submits that respondent No. 6 mother of petitioner No. 1 wants to meet her daughter RISHU KATARIA 2015.05.06 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-14771-2015 -2as she apprehends about the well of her daughter in future. On request of learned counsel for respondent No. 6, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court at 12.30 p.m. today itself. The Mediator would make arrangements for their meeting for one hour.

On instructions from respondent No. 6, learned counsel for respondent No. 6 undertakes that apart from her none of other acquaintances of respondent No. 6 shall remain present in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

In view of the limited prayer made in the petition, without commenting upon the validity of marriage or the correctness of ages and subject to the above stipulation, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur and respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa to look into the allegations contained in representation dated 04.05.2015 (Annexure P-5) and if warranted, take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

It is made clear that if a complaint for criminal offence or an FIR is pending, this order shall not cause any hindrance in those proceedings.

It is further directed that in case, the petitioners fail to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre today as stipulated above, the instant petition shall automatically stands dismissed.
