The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondents to make necessary corrections in the seniority list dated 29.09.2023 (Annexure P8). 2.
Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner is seeking corrections to be made in the seniority list for which objections have been submitted on 29.09.2023, Annexure P9, however, the same had not been decided and a legal notice dated 25.10.2023 (Annexure P10), has also been served upon the respondents, which has yet not evoked any response. She prays that liberty be granted to petitioner to bring to the notice of the authorities all these facts supported by documents to substantiate them, for which he would submit a legal notice within 4 weeks. She thus, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner by granting him an opportunity of hearing.
