Learned counsel for the respondents while relying upon an office order dated 04.04.2025 issued by Director, Health and Family Welfare, Chandigarh Punjab submits that the benefit of Leave Encashment shall be released to the petitioner within seven days from today. He further, on instructions from the quarter concerned, submits that the decision with regard to release of Gratuity benefits shall be taken within one week from today. 2.

In view of the above undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further. 3.

Dismissed as not pressed.

It is made clear that in case, as per above undertaking, the needful is not done, 1/3rd salary of respondent No.2 shall remain attached till such compliance is made.
