(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of the FIR No.136 dated 14.06.2010, registered under Sections 279, 304-A and 201 of Indian Penal Code (Section 201 IPC was deleted later on) at Police Station Sadar, Jalandhar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing abroad and at present, he has come back to India and has already appeared before the trial Court.

CRM-M-11504-2022 amicably settled and the petitioner has compensated the victim, in terms of the compromise dated 21.04.2010. Considering the fact that the petitioner has to travel back to Germany, the learned counsel has restricted his prayer that the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. In view of the same, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
