Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitionerKulwinder Singh in case FIR No.5 dated 30.1.2016 under Sections 307,353,186,332,341,148,149/120-B IPC, PS Jhunir,District Mansa. SHO/SI Jaskaran Singh came on the road at the site of an accident between a motor cycle and the vehicle of a liquor contractor. The villagers of the Village Mofar were agitating and tried to cause injury to the liquor contractor. The police party tried to restrain the crowd of 60-70 people, which was, inter alia,led by the present accused and he alongwith co-accused Amrit Pal also inflicted blows on the head and chest of the complainant apart from tearing off the dress of Constable Rajinder Singh.
