Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sanjeev Kumar, who is present in court, submits that trial is at its fag end. Only three official witnesses remain to be examined. Case is fixed before the trial court today itself.

In view of above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case trial court does not conclude within a period of three months.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. However, this order will have no effect in case any effort is made by the accused to delay the trial.
