*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) When matter was taken up for hearing on 23.11.2022 none appeared for either side. Being an old matter, Registry was asked to intimate both the parties as well as their respective counsels. Office report reveals that, sole appellant and respondent No.3 have died. Respondents No.1 and 2 refused to accept notice, hence affixation was made. However, both the counsels for the parties have been served. Despite service, none appears on their behalf. It seems that after the death of the appellant, LRs are not interested to pursue the appeal as neither steps have been taken for impleadment nor they have engaged any counsel. Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
