**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.0009 dated 24.01.2019, registered under Sections 174-A IPC, Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in pursuant to order dated 08.03.2019, the petitioner has deposited the cheque amount along with interest and has been released on interim bail. In support of his contention, he has placed on record certified copies of orders dated 20.03.2019, 25.03.2019 and 29.03.2019. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.
