Notices were, thereafter, issued to the LRs of the appellant and it was reported that they are not residing at the given address and have shifted to some other place. Notice was also issued to respondent No.1 and it was received back with the report 'served through Manager.'

Neither the parties nor their counsel have put in appearance. In that view of the matter, the record of this appeal be consigned to record with liberty to the parties to get it revived in case of need.
