"The present appeal was earlier represented by Mr. Randeep Surjewala, Advocate, who has left the practice and nobody is present to represent the respondent.

Let notices to the the parties on the addresses as given

Dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to revive the cases if something survives.
