Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petitions have been filed with the grievance that petitioners' experience as Beldar in Sampla Water Works Department under the fourth respondent in CWP No.4791 of 2024, and fifth respondent in CWP No.8509 of 2024, have not been verified, resultantly they have not been able to get deployment through the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that so far the petitioners have not approached the respondents with certificates issued by their employer, dated 03.02.2023, Annexure P-9 in CWP No.4791 of 2024, and 30.03.2024, Annexure P-10 in CWP No.8509 of 2024, and only on that account verification could not be done. In case the petitioners approach the fourth respondent (fifth respondent in CWP No.8509 of 2024) by submitting a representation alongwith the requisite certificates, their experience will be verified from the record and the outcome will be duly communicated, within four weeks of receiving the representation. 3.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petitions being disposed of in terms thereof.
