Mr. J.S. Arora, DAG, Punjab with ASI Gurpreet Singh. PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Report by way of affidavit of Ravinder Singh, PPS, DSP (City), Moga, District Moga has been filed in compliance of order dated 02.04.2024 today in Court, which is taken on record.

Both the appellants are reported to have died. Appellant No.1 Malkiat Singh is stated to be survived by two sons namely Harjinder Singh who is stated to be deaf and dumb and second son namely Kuldeep Singh who is present in person has brought his Aadhar Card. Copy thereof is taken on record as Mark 'X'.

Appellant No.2 Sarwan Singh is also stated to have died. He is stated to be survived by his son Baljinder Singh, who has also died leaving behind his son namely Resham Singh. Resham Singh has come present in person and has supplied his Aadhar Card as identity proof. Copy of the same is also taken on record as Mark 'Y'.
