(Presence marked through video conference) *** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein inter alia seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse her unpaid salary. 2.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, joins proceedings and opposes issuance of notice of motion.

In any case, pleaded case of the petitioner herein is that she has already filed a representation dated 15.02.2021, which is pending, and a direction be issued to decide the same and learned State counsel also submits that same shall be decided by the competent authority in due course. 4.

In the premise, Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that let a final decision be taken by the competent authority on the pending representation dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P-2). 5.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the VANDANA 2021.10.13 13:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P2) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.
