In view of the above, I do not find any merit in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as there is no reasoning given as to how the petitioners are not satisfied with the way the investigation is being carried out. Although there is a delay in investigating the case but the same does not indicate that the police is not doing their job. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the present case.
