(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 128 dated 15.12.2014 registered under Sections 406/420/120-B IPC at Police Station Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the FIR is still under investigation and challan has not been presented. In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy after the challan is presented.
