**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in his 3rd attempt under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.265 dated 03.05.2017, registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station City Hansi, District Hisar. FIR was registered under Section 306 IPC. However, after filing of the challan, charges have been framed under Section 302 IPC.

The allegations are that the daughter of the complainant namely Santosh was married 10 years ago with the petitioner. Two daughters and one son took birth out of this wedlock. Petitioner is alleged to be an alcoholic. Despite unwillingness of the deceased Santosh, petitioner gave her son MOHMED ATIK 2021.09.21 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-11443-2020 (O&M)  Chetan in adoption to his sister and on account of that there was a tension prevailing in the house. On 02.05.2017, complainant received a telephonic call regarding beating of his daughter Santosh by her husband and parents-in-law etc. Thereafter, the petitioner informed the complainant that Santosh had burn injuries and was admitted in the Hospital. During conversation, the daughter told the complainant that her husband, brother-in-law and mother-in-law had burnt her. Petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2017.

Learned State counsel informed the Court that out of 18 prosecution witnesses, 14 witnesses have already been examined. Now next date before the trial Court is 29.10.2021. Petitioner remained unsuccessful in his earlier two attempts for grant of regular bail. The trial of the case has already reached at the stage of culmination.

In view of aforesaid, no ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed. However, the trial Court shall make every endeavor to dispose of the case in accordance with law at the earliest.
