(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide criminal complaint No.RBT-247 dated 3.12.2014/27.05.2015 under Sections 148/149/323/325/307/452/506/392 IPC before Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram.

Learned counsel submits that petitioners have surrendered before the trial court pursuant to order dated May 19, 2017 and released on interim bail.

Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of the above, order dated May 19, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
