The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-7) so as to stop harassment of the petitioner and his family at the hands of private respondents i.e. respondent Nos.5 to 9 and official respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is facing harassment at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 9. He further contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-7) be decided in a time bound manner.
