RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up on Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

CM-1939-LPA-2021 There is delay of 195 days in filing the present appeal. A perusal of the application seeking condonation of delay shows that there were some delay on account of various opinions given by Advocate General, Haryana and the Legal Remembrancer, cum Law and Legislative Department, Haryana. Some delay also occurred due to surge in COVID-19 pandemic in India leading to lockdown. The application is supported by affidavit of Shilpa, Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies (Credit), Haryana.

For the reasons stated in the application, we condone the delay in filing the instant appeal.

LPA-790-2021 After arguing at some length, learned State counsel submits that there were certain documents which were not in possession of the State when the matter came up before the learned Single Judge.
