RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation, dated 18.03.2021, for removal of illegal encroachment by respondent No.5. on the land of the petitioner.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 04.04.2024, Ms.Rajinder Kaur, BDPO, Phillaur, is present in Court. On interaction with the Officer, she has apprised the Court that on conducting the demarcation on 12.04.2024, it has been found that Gram Panchayat has made encroachment of 5 marlas of land whereas the petitioner has made encroachment upon 1 k 8 marlas of land.

On hearing this, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits MEENU 2024.04.22 12:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-5897-2022 (O&M) -2that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy as available to him under the law. Allowed as prayed for.
