JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Vashish Kumar, Sub Inspector, submits that in pursuance of the interim order dated 1.5.2017, which reads as under, the petitioner has joined the investigation:- "Counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that complainant Manisha was married to Sandeep, elder brother of the petitioner in January 2012. As per allegations in the FIR, Sandeep and mother of the petitioner went to parental house of the complainant 2/3 times for bringing her back but she did not return. The present FIR has been lodged after the alleged occurrence dated 30.11.2016 in regard whereof it has been alleged that Sandeep had taken away Seema, younger sister of the complainant. It is further submitted that the complainant has raised false allegations against the petitioner by saying that he has twice committed rape upon her but without giving date, month or year much less raising her grievance before any authority in this regard prior to lodging of FIR. Notice of motion for 2.8.2017.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall join investigation within a period of 10 days. In case, he joins the investigation within the stipulated period, he shall be released on interim bail by the investigating officer subject to the following conditions:- (i) He shall join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

CRM-M No.14903 of 2017 -2- (ii) He shall not offer any threat, promise or inducement to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the same to the Investigating Officer/Court; and (iii) He shall not leave the limits of this country without prior permission of the Court.

Keeping in view the aforementioned fact, the order dated 01.05.2017 is made absolute and the petition stands disposed of.
