******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0112 dated 19.04.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per order dated 01.05.2017, the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court, this petition is allowed and the order dated Jyoti 2017.08.17 17:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

CRM-M-14904-2017 -201.05.2017 is made absolute, subject to the following conditionsa. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.

b. In the event of his absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel his bail bond and surety bond and proceed to procure his presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality the petitioner shall have to apply for bail afresh. c. He shall not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.
