**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.56 dated 10.03.2011 under Sections 457, 380\ IPC (Section 411 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Lal, has submitted that there has been non-compliance of order dated 23.05.2024 vide which the petitioner had been directed to join investigation. The petitioner has not joined investigation despite having been granted opportunities. In the circumstances, the present petition stands dismissed.
