**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 105 dated 17.9.2015, registered under Sections 354, 354-A, 354-B IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 16.5.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
