The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking a direction to be issued to respondents No.2 to look into the complaint dated 25.10.2019 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner. 2.
It is contended that the petitioner has submitted a complaint to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala levelling allegations of forcibly solemnizing marriage by respondent No.4 with her and blackmailing her but no action has been taken so far. 3.
Notice of motion to the official respondents. 4.
At this stage, on the asking of the Court, Mr. Sidakmeet Singh Sandhu, AAG, Punjab who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that the official respondents will look into the matter and will take a decision on the complaint of the petitioner. Let adequate number of copies of the complete paper book be supplied to her during the course of day.
