#$ !% Petitioners, Robin Bansal, Tarsem Kumar Bansal and Santosh Bansal who happens to be husband, father3in3law and mother3in3law respectively of the complainant/respondent No.2 Meena Bansal have sought quashing of the FIR (Annexure P1) on the basis of settlement agreement (Annexure P6) arrived at between the husband and wife before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

  It has been submitted on behalf of both sides by Dr. Rau. P.S. Girwar, Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. S.K. Jain, Advocate representing the complainant/respondent No.2 that the compromise (Annexure P6) has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.
