Pursuant to the interim order the petitioner has been able to deposit a sum of Rs. 87000/- with the bank in order to discharge his liability partly.

Similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted the concession of pre-arrest bail on discharging their liability partly. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation. The petitioner will discharge his remaining liability during the further course of time as per the terms of return of money.
