(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the advertisement 201/2023 to 246/2023 dated 01.02.2023, qua the post of Assistant Librarian (IHL); and a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Librarian. 2.

Learned counsel for the University contends that the impugned advertisement has already been withdrawn by the University and vide office order, dated 03.01.2025, the Committee to frame a draft promotion policy for library staff has been re-constituted. The petitioner's case for promotion will be considered as per her entitlement in terms of the policy to be framed. 3.

In view of statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
