Present petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming certain benefits against the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). 2.

It may be noticed that the jurisdiction to adjudicate such claim is conferred upon the Central Administrative Tribunal and hence, keeping in view the fact that as of now, the jurisdiction to adjudicate the dispute between the employees and the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is conferred upon the Central Administrative Tribunal, the petitioners are relegated to avail their remedy before the said forum. 3.
