   Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 28.01.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh, whereby respondent No.4 has been enlarged on bail in case bearing FIR No.177 dated 14.11.2019, under Section 506 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Women Nuh. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court concerned for redressal of his grievance.
