(The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual Court) * * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) This is a second writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same cause of action after having withdrawn the earlier writ petition being CWP-3939-2022 on 28.02.2022 with liberty to pursue the matter with the respondent-authorities.
From a perusal of the writ petition, it is evident that the petitioner has thereafter filed a representation dated 12.03.2022 (Annexure P-14) before the respondent-authorities which is pending before them. Mr.
Nitin Kaushal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 - Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, submits that the petitioner's representation shall be considered and decided by them at the earliest in accordance with law and the order passed in this regard shall be communicated to the petitioner.
In the circumstances, we do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition, at this stage, which is accordingly disposed of by taking the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for respondent No. 3 on record.
