Sandhir, Advocate for the petitioner. *** By way of filing the application before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar, applicant sought custody of minor child Ayaan Aziz to celebrate his birthday on 28.2.2023. The applicant happens to be paternal grand mother of the minor child. That application was declined by the trial Court vide detailed order dated 24.2.2023.

Aggrieved by that order Tariq Aziz, who is son of applicant Ashia Begum has filed the present revision petition. Since the date 28.2.2023 which happened to be birthday of the minor child has passed and the application was to get his custody to celebrate birthday of the child, the revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
