On oral request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is taken on board today itself for hearing. 2.

Through the instant petition cast under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., a prayer is made for quashing the FIR No.318 dated 18.11.2021, under Section 3 of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 (Haryana Act No.32 of 2014), and, Sections 120-B and 420 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sushant Lok, District Gurugram.

At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, during pendency of the instant petition, wherein becomes craved the relief of quashing the FIR (supra) on merits, a settlement has DEVINDER YADAV 2024.11.06 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-12304-2022 (O&M) been arrived at between the parties. Moreover, the petitioners have also filed an application bearing No. CRM-42344-2024 before this Court, thereby seeking quashing of the FIR (supra) on the basis of settlement dated 03.09.2024.

Consequently, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court for claiming the relief, as becomes embodied in the CRM-423442024. 5.

Considering the bona fide and innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
