Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 11.4.2014 (Annexure P-8) whereby revision petition filed by the petitioner, was dismissed on the ground that there was no provision to discharge the accused in a trial relating to summons case.
Heard.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that prosecution has already closed its evidence and petitioner has already examined three witnesses in his defence.
