(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of petitioner at the hands of private respondents No.5 to 9. Learned State counsel submits that after enquiry on representation dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner, FIR No.20 dated 13.04.2018 under Sections 363, 366, 323, 325, 148, 149, 376 IPC has been registered against respondents No.5 to 8 at Police Station Kharla and after their arrest, they are in jail.
