Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the main case has already been decided before the Family Court on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitioners do not want to pursue the present petition any longer.

Heard.

For the reasons recorded in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and the main petition bearing CRR (F) No.203 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
