Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner has sought a direction for expeditious investigation pursuant to FIR in question.

Learned State counsel submits that out of seven accused, four have already been arrested. Two have been declared innocent and efforts are afoot to arrest the remaining accused. According to him, investigation has been completed and challan has been filed before the competent court. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
