CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH

Present:

Mr.Munish Behl, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against respondents seeking direction from this Court to direct the learned Court of Sessions Judge, Ambala to expeditiously decide the CRR No.180 of 04.11.2015 titled as 'Vijay Pal vs. State of Haryana and others' and CRR No.181 of 06.11.2015 titled 'Vijay Pal vs. State of Haryana and others' both pending before learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Ambala.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the above-said revision petitions have been filed on 04.11.2015 and 06.11.2015 i.e. about six months earlier. These revision petitions are to be decided after giving VINEET GULATI 2016.05.17 14:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-15877 of 2016 -2notice to the respondents and also after giving opportunity of being heard to the respondents. In no way, it can be held that these revision petitions have been delayed intentionally by the Court or there is negligence on the part of the Court to decide these revision petitions. As already discussed, only six months earlier these revision petitions have been filed. No ground is made out for giving direction in the present case.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
