Learned counsel for both the parties state that no record is available in their offices with regard to Civil Revision No.2989 of 1993, therefore, they are not in a position to supply photocopy of the paper book. 2.

As per office note, the Court record was burnt in a fire incident and no record in respect thereto is available. 3.

Learned counsel state that apparently civil revision is of the year 1993 and on account of lapse of about 25 years, the main case out of which, the revision petition arises, would have been decided by now and in any case no person has approached either of the counsel till date. 4.

In the light of the position as noted above, the revision petition is dismissed in default with liberty to seek restoration of revision petition if cause survives.
