(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made by the petitioners for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect their life, liberty and property at the hands of respondents No.5 and 7 who have been allegedly harassing the petitioners and extending threats of elimination to them. I have heard learned counsel for parties and have gone through the paper-book.

Without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in case, the presence of petitioner is required by them in pursuance to any complaint filed at the instance of private respondents. Disposed of accordingly.
